// Core Philosophy

Why movement patterns matter.

Every time you perform a movement incorrectly, you reinforce an improper pattern. These repetitive compensations build up over time, leading to an imbalanced body. This is likely why you may have a sore back, a joint problem, or some type of chronic pain.

This plan teaches you how to calibrate your body: unlearn incorrect movement patterns and re-learn correct ones. Take everything slowly at first. When movements are mastered, then increase velocity or add resistance.

Fluid Motion

Movement should be fluid, stable, and free of bypasses. If a movement has a beginning and end, the path up should mirror the path down.

Even Weight Distribution

Focus on how weight shifts on your feet, knees, and hips between steps. Is it symmetrical, or do you feel differences?

Body Awareness

Are your shoulders level when you sit and stand? Can you shift to one leg without wobbling? These are the checkpoints that matter.

Mindful Practice

This plan is best performed free of distractions — so you can focus directly on yourself. It requires both mindfulness and playfulness.
