Why It Matters

We often move through our day focused on the external environment — and we lose touch with how we actually move in space. Every time we perform a movement incorrectly, we reinforce an improper pattern.

These repetitive compensations lead to an imbalanced body. That sore back, that joint problem, that chronic tightness — these are not random. They are the result of learned movement dysfunction.

Your First Awakening Challenge

From standing, sit down to the ground — then return to standing.

As you do it, ask yourself:
